在考察了多种过渡金属和稀土金属的基础上,选择了铈作为助剂,制备了Ni-Ce/Al2O3催化剂,系统地考察了碱金属如钠和钾,碱土金属如镁、钙、锶和钡对于耦合甲烷部分氧化与二氧化碳重整反应的影响,认为碱金属的加入降低了催化剂的稳定性,碱土金属的加入不仅提高了催化剂活性,而且提高了催化剂的稳定性。
On the basis of investigation of various transition metal and rare metal, Ce was selected as an additive to prepare Ni-Ce/Al2O3 catalyst, and the catalysts modified by alkaline metals including Na and K, and alkaline earth metals including Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba were investigated for coupling reaction between methane partial oxidation and carbon dioxide reforming. Alkaline metals were proved to decrease the stability of the nickel catalyst; while alkaline earth metals were found to be effective additives, not only to improve the catalytic activity, but also to enhance the stability of the catalyst.
