Objective To find out an estimating method for prevalence and the parameters of three diagnostic tests in the absence of gold standard. Methods Bayesian estimation theory is used. Marginal posterior densities of all parameters are estimated using Gibbs sampler. Results Posterior medians and 95 percent equally tailed posterior credible intervals were obtained. Conclusion The method we used can effectively compute posterior parameters of three diagnostic tests in the absence of gold standard.
