按照目标规划思想,依据2-范数距离,从尊重和发掘胜任特征个体优势结构的角度,提出一种面向层次结构的研究型大学教师团队成员胜任特征的匹配方法,包括胜任特征个体优势结构的跨层识别,共性优势结构的提炼与分析和教师团队成员的筛选三个流程。在此基础上,以来自于研究型大学的经验数据验证了匹配方法的有效性和可操作性。
In accordance with the idea of goal programming and 2 - norm distance, a fit method of teacher team competency in research -oriented university for hierarchical structure is put forward, including three steps, which are cross layer identification of individual competency advantage, summary and analysis based on consensus advantage structure and team member selection.
