英文摘要：

The volume of the myocardium is more than 95％ of the total volume of the heart.There is no doubt that the occurrence and development of any kind of heart diseases will damage on myocardium in different ways,and the structure damage will lead to abnormal myocardial mechanics function finally.How to early detection and completely describe the abnormal structure and function of the myocardial injury is the key for clinical early detection and diagnosis of myocardial pathological changes.This paper summarized the current imaging technologies of myocardial mechanics,and indicated several directions for further research on the basis of them.
