目的 评价超声乳腺导管造影技术对乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的诊断价值。方法 选取病理确诊为乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的患者60例,分析常规高频超声检查、超声乳腺导管造影检查及钼钯X线检查的结果,比较两种超声检查的声像表现、对导管内乳头状瘤诊断的准确性,以及比较超声乳腺导管造影技术与钼钯x线对导管内乳头状瘤诊断的准确性。结果 与病理结果比较,超声乳腺导管造影检查的诊断率为85.7%明显优于常规超声检查准确率的81.0%,且对乳腺导管无扩张及瘤体位于乳头附近之外的其他部位的乳头状瘤患者诊断率也明显优于常规超声检查,具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);超声造影与钼钯X线检查相比较,虽然诊断的准确性无显著差异(P〉0.05),但因其辐射小,诊断准确率高,易被患者接受。结论 超声乳腺导管造影技术对乳腺导管内乳头状瘤诊断准确性高,对人体幅射小,可在临床推广使用。
Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasound mammary duct imaging technology to diagnose breast in- traductal papilloma. Methods The traditional high frequency ultrasound, ultrasound mammary gland catheter angiogra- phy examination and molybdenum palladium X-ray results of 60 patients diagnosed mammary intraductal papilloma by the pathological diagnosis were retrospectively analyzed. The acoustic image and diagnostic accuracy of two ultrasound exami- nation of intraductal papilloma were compared. Ultrasound mammary gland catheter angiography examination and molyb- denum palladium X-ray diagnostic accuracy of intraductal papilloma were compared as well. Results The acoustic image of ultrasound mammary gland catheter angiography examination was superior to conventional ultrasound imaging exami- nation. The diagnostic rate for the group of patients without mammary duct expansion or the group of patients whose papilloma was located far away the nipple was superior to conventional ultrasound (P〈0.05). Compared with molybde- num palladium X-ray, the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound mammary gland catheter angiography examination had no sig- nificant difference (P〉0. 05), which was easily accepted by patients, because of the small radiation and high diagnostic accuracy. Conclusion Ultrasound mammary duct imaging technology for breast intraductal papilloma has high diagnosis accuracy.
