GPI锚定蛋白(glycosylphosphatidylinositolanchored protein)是白假丝酵母菌重要的细胞表面蛋白,对白假丝酵母菌的黏附、形态转换和细胞壁合成等有着重要影响。近年来,随着对白假丝酵母菌研究的深入,GPI锚定蛋白越来越多的重要功能逐渐被发现。本文从白假丝酵母菌GPI锚定蛋白的概念入手,从家族分类和功能分类两个角度对GPI锚定蛋白的研究现状进行综述,并对GPI锚定蛋白未来的研究方向进行展望。
Glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored proteins are important cell surface proteins in Candida albicans (C. albicans), and they have important impact on the adhesion, morphogenesis and cell wall synthesis of C, albicans. In recent years, more important functions of GPI anchored proteins have been identified along with the progress in research of C. albicans. By introducing the concept of C. albicans GPI-anchored proteins, we reviewed the progress in GPI-anchored proteins research from the perspective of family classification and functional classification, and discussed the future research direction for C. albicans GPI-anchored proteins.
