本研究表明,废纸漂白过程中DCS溶解到浆水体系中,增加氢氧化钠和过氧化氢的用量会促进其溶出;采用漆酶处理DCS物质,有利于提高纸张物理强度性能,通过ESCA对酶处理后纸浆表面的化学成分分析发现表面木素和抽出物含量降低。
During the process of ONP deinked pulp bleaching, the increase of NaOH and H2O2 dosages has effect on the release of anionic trash. This article researches on the mechanism during the bleaching process of the old newspaper deinked pulp. Surface chemical composition and morphology of the fibers of ONP deinked pulp were studied by Electron Spectroscopy for Chemical Analysis (ESCA). ESCA results showed that O/C ratio of laccase treated ONP pulp increased, and surface lignin and extractive contents decreased as compared with the control pulp.
