基于波动理论分析了T型板架中阻振质量对振动波传递的阻抑特性,推导了阻振质量的隔振度公式,给出了振动波入射角度、阻振质量截面参数对其隔振性能的影响规律。在此基础上,基于阻抗失配原理将环形阻振质量回路、矩形阻振质量回路引入双壳动力段动力设备周围结构的刚性隔振动设计中,给出了艇体铺板结构阻振质量刚性隔振设计原则。结果表明阻振质量闭式回路能有效降低动力舱段的振动及声辐射。
Based on wave analysis method, this paper analyses the characteristics of blocking masses in T junction plate attenuating propagation of vibration wave, deduces the formula of vibration isolation degree, and shows the influencing rules of incidence angle, sectional parameters of blocking masses on its vibration isolation performance. Based on the impedance mismatch principles, the circular and rectangular blocking masses loops are introduced in the design of rigid vibration isolation for the structures in double shell power equipment region, giving the design principles of rigid vibration isolation for blocking masses in the ship boarding plate. The results show that the closed loop for blocking masses can effectively impede structure vibration and sound radiation of power section. This paper aims to provide reference for acoustic design of hull structure.
