英文摘要：

Based on the user data of Sina micro-blog, we collect samples by＆quot;mutual follow＆quot; between users, and analyze the whole net-work and the individual network with social network analysis method. The attempt of this paper is to grasp the network structure of Sina micro-blog users on the whole, and then analyze the social function of micro-blog. The research shows that：the number of＆quot;mutual fol-low＆quot; between Sina micro-blog users is small, and the number of users playing a central role in the relationships of other users is small, the situation that one node is controlled by others is not obvious, so it is a social network. However, according to some related survey about micro-blog using behaviors, most users use micro-blog to get information and participate in some hot topics, which is relevant to the spe-cial situations of China at present.
