介绍了一种新型内齿轮成型磨削方法。在对齿轮参数进行数学分析的基础上,通过改变数控回转台的旋转角度,实现了用砂轮的一个端面去磨削齿轮的齿面。开发的数控加工软件可实现磨削中的自动跳齿以及数控加工指令的自动循环。
A new internal gear form grinding method was introduced. Based on analyzing the gear parameters, the grinding of the gear face with an end face of the grinding wheel was realized by changing the rotating angle of rotating table. The jumping division in grinding and automatic cycling of NC instruction can be realized by using the developed NC machining software.
