IPTV service has been a main IP network based on multimedia interactive service of operators with the promotion of the tree-screen integration, tri-network convergence and fixed/mobile network integration. Hosted network bandwidth, delay, jitter and so on are very important to the development of IPTV business. From the perspective of IPTV operations, combined with the local telecom operators operating situation, the multi-cast optimization scheme is given from the aspect of quality in QoS, multi-casting, bearer network and resource dispatch of platform. An optimal IPTV networking scheme is provided. Practical application on a local operator demonstrates that proposed scheme can improve the video quality index of IPTV.
