Globalization brings new challenges and opportunities to management.The rapid development of internet and information systems makes a great change for human beings to acquire knowledge.This article demonstrates the influence on knowledge management faced by Economic Globalization in the era of knowledge economy,and then presents that the focus of knowledge management must be relocated.It also describes the directions of the transformation which is from tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge,from internal knowledge of organization to external knowledge of globalization,and from descriptive knowledge to methodological knowledge.Finally,an intelligent knowledge management solution based on data mining is given,which will benefit the knowledge management study.
