The innovation and entrepreneurship of resourcebased enterprise clusters are of great importance in the pursuit of sustainable development in a there has been a sign of decline of the competitive edge in resource-based regional economy. However, the development of resource-based enterprise clusters. By ecologically analyzing the key factors in cluster fragility, this thesis aims to study the formation mechanism of the fragility of the resource-based enterprise clusters and try to work out a managerial mode to overcome the fragility in the light of establishing a mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship.
