英文摘要：

Based on the semi-parametric model with panel data, selected the Chinese high-tech industry-related data in 2005-2013 to study the factors which influencing the innovative performance of enterprises, and when the enterprises is not at the same size, then what would be the difference. The results found that： Firstly, the fitting effect of Semi-parametric model with panel data is superior to the general parameters; secondly, the two indexes of export ratios and innovation performance in large and medium enterprises were inverted a u-shaped relationship;thirdly, RD funding ratio was positively correlated with innovation performance in large enterprises, but an inverted u-shaped relationship in the medium enterprise.
