As an advanced innovation method, TRIZ theory helps to improve the innovation ability of R＆D alliance. Based on the concurrent innovation characteristic and requirement of R＆D alliance, this paper analyzes the main TRIZ theory applying problems in the innovation process of R＆D alliance. The paper puts forward design idea of concurrent innovation pattern of R＆D alliance applying TRIZ theory constructs the concurrent innovation pattern. It designs the single-center and multi-center concurrent innovation pattern of R＆D alliance. Finally, it gives related tactics for R＆D alliance to apply concurrent innovation pattern.
