TRIZ理论作为一种先进的创新方法,有助于提升R&D联盟的创新能力。针对R&D联盟并行创新的特点和要求,通过对R&D联盟应用TRIZ理论创新过程中存在的主要问题的分析,运用TRIZ理论的物理矛盾解决思想与方法,提出了R&D联盟应用TRIZ理论并行创新模式设计思路,构建了并行创新模式的结构框架,设计了基于TRIZ理论的R&D联盟单中心型并行创新模式与多中心型并行创新模式,并提出了并行创新模式应用的保障策略。
As an advanced innovation method, TRIZ theory helps to improve the innovation ability of R&D alliance. Based on the concurrent innovation characteristic and requirement of R&D alliance, this paper analyzes the main TRIZ theory applying problems in the innovation process of R&D alliance. The paper puts forward design idea of concurrent innovation pattern of R&D alliance applying TRIZ theory constructs the concurrent innovation pattern. It designs the single-center and multi-center concurrent innovation pattern of R&D alliance. Finally, it gives related tactics for R&D alliance to apply concurrent innovation pattern.
