To ensure regional public science and technology funds rational allocation is always an important research topic of local government,which can improve the efficiency of the funds and produce more socioeconomic benefits with the limited funds. Through analyzing the multiple supervision subjects of regional public science and technology funds,based on the thoughts of science and technology resources optimal allocation and process management,this paper designs a set of scientific standard multiple supervision procedure including supervision objects,supervision subjects, supervision emphases, supervision contents etc, and puts forward multiple supervision strategies. The research can provide effective supervision thought, procedure, methods and related references for scientific standard supervision of public science and technology funds that local government departments allocate.
