通过研究小花棘豆(OzeytropisglabraDC)对和田羊瘤胃溶纤维丁酸弧菌数量的影响,探讨小花棘豆中毒对绵羊纤维素降解效率的影响。将12只和田羊随机分为对照组、试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组。试验组分别按10g/kg和20g/kg的剂量饲喂小花棘豆,至典型临床症状出现为止。攻毒前及攻毒后每隔7d取瘤胃液,利用巢式PCR技术检测瘤胃液中溶纤维丁酸弧菌数量的变化,并检测甘油三酯消失率和纤维素降解率。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验羊瘤胃液中溶纤维丁酸弧菌数、甘油三酯消失率和纤维素降解率均极显著下降。试验表明,小花棘豆中毒可显著影响和田羊瘤胃溶纤维丁酸弧菌数量和纤维素降解能力,且具有一定的时间和剂量效应关系。
The study is to investigate the effects of Oxytropis glabra DC poisoning on Butyrivibrio fibrivolen number in rumen, and to reveal the toxicity mechanism of O. glabra DC in future. 12 He- tian sheep were divided into three groups (the control group and experimental group Ⅰ , Ⅱ ) , and two experimental groups were fed with O. glabra DC at 10 g/kg and 20 g/kg respectively everyday during the test period. The sheep consumed the forages freely until typical symptoms appeared. Before and after 7 days of challenge test, rumen liquid was collected and Butyrivibrio fibrivolen number were test with nested PCR, then triglyceride disappearance rate and cellulose degradation rate were measured. The results demonstrated that the number of Butyrivibrio fibrivoZen, triglyceride disappearance rate and cellulose degradation rate in experimental groups were significantly lower than in normal control group. O. glabra DC poisoning had remarkable effects on Butyrivibrio fibrivolen number in rumen of Hetian sheep, which was related to time and dosage.
