目的调查合肥地区糖尿病及糖调节异常人群患病率,分析与性别、年龄组的分布特点。方法设计同意表格,采取随机整群抽样,调查某社区内的40岁以上常住人口,统计糖尿病及糖调节异常患病率,分析与年龄、性别的关系。结果糖尿病患病率为15.11%,糖耐量异常患病率为16.68%,糖调节异患病率为36.97%。糖尿病及糖调节异常人群的性别差异及年龄组差异有统计学意义（P〈O.05）。结论合肥地区糖尿病及糖调节异常发生率较高。中、老年人群是社区干预的重点对象。
英文摘要：
Objective To investigate the prevalence of diabetes and prediabetes in a region, and analyse the distribution characteris- tics of gender and age groups. Methods An agreed form was designed, a statistical survey was performed to investigate the prevalence of di- abetes and prediabetes disorders in permanent population aged over 40 in a community, and their relatibns with age and gender were analyzed. Results Diabetes prevalence was 15.11%, IGT prevalence was 16.68%, and the prevalence rate of IFG, IGR prevalence was 36.97%. There was statistically significant difference in gender and age groups of diabetes and prediabetes of the crowd （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The incidences of diabetes and prediabetes abnormalities are relatively high in Hefei area.The community is the major object of intervention, especial- ly for the middle and elderly people.
