为全面客观地反映中国奶业经济研究进展状况，本文利用中国知网（CNKI）的经济与管理科学数据库，采用引用率方法分析了论文的年代分布、期刊分布、内容分布、产出单位以及论文作者数量、长度与论文引用率的关系。研究结果显示：中国的奶业经济研究经历了三个阶段；《中国乳业》等十种期刊为奶业经济研究的重点期刊；奶业发展现状与形势等占奶业经济研究内容的比例最高，而奶源基地建设、利益联结机制等方面的研究成果则很少；高等院校为奶业经济研究的重要基地；以及作者数量、论文长度都与平均引用次数呈正相关关系。这些结果希望对奶业、奶业经济以及农牧业经济方面的研究有所裨益。

英文摘要：

A review paper on the dairy economics in China is presented by using citation method. The data are from the academic databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI）. The age, journals, research topics, organizations and the relationship between article length and citation, and number of authors and citation, have been analyzed. The results are： The research of dairy economics has gone through 3 stages since 1970s; Ten journals are the core journals of dairy economics; Most of research focuses on the present situation of dairy industry development; Universities are the major research bases for dairy industry research; The relationship between number of authors and citation, between articles length and citation, is both positive. The results may improve the research of dairy researchers and the development of dairy industry.
