利用基于辐射能信号的图像处理技术的可视化系统,检测纵火体燃烧三维温度场分布。用小型黑体炉标定了纵火体的火焰温度检测系统,并检测了赤磷和镁基合金燃烧时的三维温度场。结果表明:误差小于1.93%,达到试验要求;—段时间内的火焰三维温度场分布结果显示,镁基合金燃烧的火焰高温区温度范围比赤磷集中且高。
In this paper, a visualization instrumentation used to measure three dimensional (3-D) temperature dislribution of flames in incendiary member was proposed, which was based on flame image processing and radiation energy transfer. Flame detectors were calibrated on small blackbody furnace, and 3-D temperature fields of flame in combustion agents such as red phosphorus and magnesium alloy were got. The results showed that the maximum temperature measurement error was less than 1.93%. During a period of time, it can be found from the results of 3-D temperature fields that high temperature zone in magnesium alloy was more centralized and higher than that in red phosphorus.
