本文利用热重差热综合分析仪(TG—DTA),在O2/N2及O2/CO2气氛下,研究了添加剂在不同氧浓度时对澳煤燃烧特性的影响;同时利用X-射线衍射仪分析了添加剂的物相组成。结果表明:此添加剂为典型的碱土/碱金属氧化物添加剂;在氧摩尔体积浓度为20%时,加入添加剂后澳煤在O2/CO2气氛下的燃烧特性优于O2/N2气氛;在O2/CO2气氛下,澳煤的燃烧特性随氧浓度的升高而一直得到改善,而加入添加剂后澳煤的燃烧特性并非随氧浓度的升高而一直得到改善,而是存在添加剂与气氛之间的协同作用,最佳氧浓度低于4O%;且相同条件下加入添加剂后澳煤的燃烧特性优于未加入。
Under O2/N2 and O2/CO2 combustion atmospheres, thermal-differential comprehensive analyzer has been used to study the effect of an additive on the combustion characteristics of Australia coal at different molar volume concentrations in this paper; and X-ray diffraction was used to analyze the additive's phase composition. The results show that: the additive is the typical Alkaline earth/alkali metal oxide additive; The combustion characteristics of Australia coal with additive under O2/CO2 combustion atmosphere is better than that under O2/N2 combustion atmosphere when the oxygen molar volume concentratkm is 20%; Under O2/CO2 combustion atmosphere, the Australia coal combustion characteristics is always going to be better as the oxygen concentration increases, and however, the combustion characteristics of Australia coal with additive does not always show this trend, but a coordinated effecL exists between the combustion atmosphere and the additive, and the optimal oxygen concentration should be less than 40%; Overall under the same condition, the combustion characteristics of Australia coal with additive is better than that without it.
