通过深入剖析掘进面的产尘规律,借助于CFD数值模拟,对巷道粉尘产生与扩散规律进行了全尺寸模拟,全面获取了粉尘的横向与纵向迁移规律。由于"附壁效应",巷道壁面明显低于中轴线上的粉尘浓度,但距离迎头越远,"附壁效应"越弱,断面粉尘浓度分布越均匀,约距离迎头35m处,巷道粉尘浓度分布基本趋于一致;同时,由于涡流效应的存在,粉尘的纵向迁移变为了横向迁移,在掘进头附近形成了面积为1m×3m和0.8m×1.5m的粉尘积聚区,严重威胁了掘进司机的健康安全。

英文摘要:

By analyzing dust production rule of driving face and applying CFD software,dust production and diffusion rule was simulated;dust horizontal and vertical migration rule was obtained.Because of "coada effect",dust concentration at face of roadway was evidently lower than that at axle line.With the distance from the working face farer,"coada effect" was weaker,section dust concentration was evener.At the point of 35m far away from the face,dust concentration was almost even.At the same time,dust vertical migration became horizontal migration because of "eddying effect",1m×3m and 0.8m×1.5m dust aggregation area formed,which would seriously threaten health and safety of driver.
