建立了长压短抽式通风条件下掘进面巷道模型,采用非稳态离散相模型研究吸风口安设于掘进机上部条件下,巷道内粉尘实时运移与分布规律。模拟结果表明,掘进机附近巷道内存循环风流区域,使得粉尘由掘进机后侧和旁侧流经掘进断面;掘进巷道前部存在高浓度粉尘聚集区域,最高粉尘浓度达到1400 mg/m3以上,开启除尘风机60 s 后可使前部粉尘平均浓度由1120 mg/m3降低至815 mg/m3,降幅27%;前50 m 巷道内的平均粉尘浓度可由578 mg/m3降至268 mg/m3,降幅达53??6%,该布置方式下总体除尘效果良好。
The model for heading face roadway under far-pressing-near-absorption ventilation was set up,and the unstable discrete phase model was used to study the real-time dust migration and distribution law in the roadway when the exhaust opening was installed on the upper of head-ing machine.The simulated results showed that the recirculated airflow near heading roadway made dust flow to the heading face from the end and side of heading machine.The high concen-trated dust gathered in front of heading roadway.The highest dust concentration in front of head-ing machine was greater than 1400 mg/m3 .After starting dust exhausting fan for 60s,the aver-age dust concentration decreased from 1 120mg/m3 to 815 mg/m3 ,with a drop of 27 %.The aver-age dust concentration in the first 50 m of roadway decreased from 578 mg/m3 to 268 mg/m3 , with a drop of 53.6 %.It follows that the good dust removal effect can be obtained under this ar-rangement.
