京津唐电网是以火电为主的电网,难以满足电网日益增大的峰谷差与调峰的要求.文章对京津唐电网的负荷特性与未来的负荷需求及电力供给调峰能力等状况进行了分析,基于蒙特卡络模拟法模拟分析了京津唐电网未来规划年的运行情况,得出若能在“十一五”期间建设投运周调节抽水蓄能电站,将缓解电网的调峰矛盾,带来降低投资的容量效益、节省燃料运行费用的经济效益、提高电网可靠性的社会效益的结论.
The Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan power grid in China is mainly a thermal power system, so it is hard to meet the need of increasing difference between peak and valley loads and the demand of peak-load regulation. The load characteristics, future load demand, supply ability of adjusting the peak load, etc., in this power grid are analyzed. Based on Monte-Carlo simulation method the operation of Beijing- Tianjin-Tangshan power grid in future scheduled years is simulated and following conclusions are obtained: if a weekly adjusted pumped-storage plant can be constructed and put into operation during the period from 2005 to 2010, the insufficiency of peak-load regulation ability of Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan power grid will be improved, and the benefits such as capacity benefit from lowering the investment, economic benefit from saving fuel expenses and social-economic benefit from the improvement of power grid reliability will be brought about.
