提出了电力与其他部门之间的前向与后向关系系数计算模型,基于1981-1995年可比投入产出表,利用增量投入产出分析法对增量系数和弹性系数等进行分析,确定了电力工业的主要关联部门,得出电力对其他部门的增量直接消耗系数明显大于其他部门对电力产品的增量直接消耗系数,且弹性系数波动较大。电力工业产生的直接经济效益较低,可是电力工业对国民经济的前向与后向经济效益显著,且呈现增长趋势,表明电力工业在国民经济发展中起着不可忽视的拉动与推动作用。
The models of the backward linkages coefficients and forward linkages coefficients between power and other sectors were proposed to determine the key linkage sectors to power industry, and increment input-output model was used to analyze the increment coefficients and flexible coefficients. The results show that the increment direct consumption coefficients of power industry was obviously bigger than that of other departments, and flexible coefficients of power industry had a big fluctuation. Although power industry has a poor value-added itself, it has a large backward and forward benefits for other sectors. All of these indicate that power industry gives a great impetus to the whole national economy.
