为设计与验证不同安全气囊的基本形状、拉带形式与位置和泄气孔尺寸与位置等参数,分析不同的气体发生器作用下的气囊展开性能,开发和构建了一种基于压缩空气的安全气囊起爆模拟试验装置,并通过两种不同类型气体发生器标定试验和安全气囊起爆模拟试验进行验证。最后针对试验中发现的温度降低、初始压力不为零和水雾析出问题,进行了系统理论分析和计算,并提出了解决方案。
For designing and validating the parameters such as basic shapes,the form and position of tensile belt,and the size and position of vent hole of different safety airbags,and analyzing the deployment performance of airbag with different gas generators,an airbag firing simulation test device based on compressed air is developed and built,which is then verified by the calibration tests and airbag firing simulation tests with two different types of gas generator. In the end,the solutions for the problems of temperature fall,non-zero initial pressure and water eduction found in tests are given based on systemic theoretical analysis and calculation.
