研究了粘合剂、柔软剂及两者复配而成的生态涂料染色粘合剂的合成,分别进行了织物的涂料染色和柔软整理,并且对织物的性能进行了测试。结果表明:当w(过硫酸铵)=0.4%、w(甲基丙烯酸2-乙基酯)=4%、w(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚)=2.4%和m(丙烯酸)∶m(甲基丙烯酸甲酯)∶m(丙烯酸丁酯)=1∶6∶20时,制得粘合剂稳定性好,所得涂料染色织物的色牢度高且不含烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(APEO)和游离甲醛;当w(十二烷基苯磺酸)=22%(相对于硅氧烷质量而言)、m(氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷)∶m(八甲基环四硅氧烷)=1∶25时,柔软剂稳定性好且整理织物柔软度高;当m(柔软剂)∶m(粘合剂)=3∶4时,可制得综合性能较好的生态涂料染色粘合剂,此时涂料染色织物的色牢度和柔软度较好。
The synthesises of an adhesive and a softener as well as an environment friendly adhesive for dyeable coating, which consist of mixture between the adhesive and the softener, were investigated. The performances of fabric treated by dyeable coating or softener were tested. The results showed that the stability of adhesive was better, and the fabric, which was treated by dyeable coating without alkylphenol polyethoxylate ether(APEO) and free formaldehyde, had higher color fastness when mass fractions of ammonium persulfate, 2-ethyl methacrylate and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether were 0.4%, 4% and 2.4% in acrylic ester respectively, and mass ratio of re(acrylic acid):m(methyl methacrylate):m(butyl acrylate) was 1:6:20. The stability of softener was better, and the fabric treated by softener had higher softness when mass fraction of dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid was 22% in siloxane monomer, and mass ratio of m(aminopropyltriethoxysilane):m(octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane) was 1:25. The environment friendly adhesives for dyeable coating had well combination property, here the fabric treated by dyeable coating and softener had better color fastness and softness when mass fraction of m(softener):m(adhesive)=5:4.
