将区域分解技术与有限元数值求解方法相结合,对于含有多重介质、薄均压屏蔽结构、非对称并联电容器组的252kVSF6断路器灭弧室内部全场域进行三维电场数值计算。对比分析了区域分解技术对场域数值求解的影响,解决了大场域电场求解精度与求解效率的矛盾。给出了3种不同并联电容器组灭弧室绝缘配置方案,并对有无并联电容器组作用下的灭弧室内部电场进行对比分析,得到了灭弧室内部电场分布、触头沿面电场分布以及场均匀度的定量描述,找到了全场域绝缘薄弱点。
Three-dimensional (3D) electric field of 252 kV high voltage SF6 arc quenching chamber with multiple dielectric medium, thin shielding covers and asymmetric shunt capacitors are calculated by combining domain decomposition method with finite element method (FEM). And the contradictory of calculation accuracy and efficiency is solved. Moreover, three insulation allocation schemes of the shunt capacitors are given, and comparative analysis of the electric field distribution of different schemes is illustrated. Furthermore, quantitative analyses of the electric field strength in arc quenching chamber, the electric field distribution on contact contour, and the field uniformity are obtained.
