The important significance of developping machine transplanting rice seedling factory in Jiangsu Province are explained. The progress of rice seedling factory and its types, the promotional measures taking are presented. At the basis of analysing the existing problem, the suggestions are given. They include some practical policy, increasing investment in science and technology, and supporting professional service organizations, village cooperative associations, large grain. The measures of＆quot;propaganda, administrative promotion, market-driven, and corporate subsidies actuation linkage＆quot; could further promote the development of machine transplanting rice seedling factory in Jiangsu Province.
