LED蓝红光及其组合对水稻秧苗素质的影响

以自然光和三基色荧光灯(TFL)为对照,采用LED光源,研究蓝光、红光、蓝红组合光(3B:2R、2B:3R)对水稻秧苗素质的影响。结果表明,LED蓝光抑制水稻幼苗的生长,LED红光促进幼苗的生长,但是单一LED蓝光或红光处理的秧苗综合素质不如LED蓝光和红光搭配的处理。一叶一心期以LED蓝:红为3:2处理的水稻秧苗株高最高,成苗数和整齐度较好。三叶一心期以LED蓝:红为2:3处理的水稻秧苗较高,第三叶的叶长较长,叶面积指数较大,生物量积累的较多,充实度较好,苗较壮,根冠比适宜,发根力较强,秧苗素质较优。

Using light emitting diode( LED) as light source,effects of LED blue,red and its combinations on rice seedlings quality were studied. the natural light and tricolor fluorescent lighting( TFL) were used as control. The results showed that LED blue light inhibited the growth of rice seedlings and the red promoted the growth of the seedlings. But the rice seedlings quality treated by a single LED blue or red light was inferior to the combination of LED blue and red. At the stage of one mature leaf and one new leaf of rice seedlings,the better ratio of LED blue to red was 3: 2,and the resulting seedlings were the highest with more seedlings and better uniformity. At the stage of three mature leaf and one new leaf of rice seedlings,the better ratio of LED blue to red was 2: 3,and its seedlings were higher and stronger,the third leaf were longer,leaf area index was larger,the accumulation of biomass was more,the root / canopy ratio was appropriate,the stalk plumpness and the root growth ability was better.
