Evaluation on the economic loss of drought is one of the most important subjects in the research economics of disaster.Aiming at the hundred-year drought in Yunnan Province,the feasibility of establishing an integrated information space database,monitoring and forecasting system,assessment system and program scheduling and technology of distribution protection of drought is analyzed.And the program,criteria system and methods of evaluation of economic loss of drought are briefly introduced in order to provide the base for the correct decision-making of mitigation and evaluation of drought economic loss in Yunnan Province.
