【Purpose/significance】From the perspective of user needs, this paper studied the main factors that affect the use of university library WeChat by analyzing the using situation of university library WeChat.【Method/process】On the basis of literature analysis and in-depth interviews, we conducted research on the micro-public platform of the university library of 116 ＂211＂ universities, and established the usage model and conducted a questionnaire survey.【Results/conclusion】Through the data analysis and processing, and to build and modify the model, we concluded that the key factors that affect the user＇s use of university library WeChat are the core functional requirements and technical requirements.
