近年来新能源汽车行业发展迅速,对新能源汽车用户进行持续使用意愿研究具有重要意义。本研究基于满意度和感知风险视角,结合期望确认理论,构建了新能源汽车用户持续使用意愿模型。通过调查问卷方式采集数据,运用偏最小二乘结构方程模型的方法,对480个样本数据进行分析,发现了用户满意度对用户持续使用意愿的显著作用,同时验证了感知风险间接对持续使用意愿有重要影响。
The electric vehicles industry has developed rapidly in recent years, making the research on consumers" continuous intention for electric vehicles more significant. From the perspective of satisfaction and perceived risk, this research constructs a continuous intention model in combination with the expectation confirmation model. After collecting data by questionnaires, using SEM-PLS to analyze the 480 samples, this paper finds that users' satisfaction exerts great influence on their continuous intention. Meanwhile, that the perceived risk indirectly influences the users' continuous intention is verified.
