初步探索了信息系统依恋的理论内涵,分析了它与信息系统满意、信息系统忠诚之间的区别和联系,在此基础上实证检验了信息系统依恋、信息系统满意以及信息系统忠诚三者之间的作用机理及其对信息持续使用行为、口碑传播、社区卷入的作用效应。最后,指出了本研究的局限及未来发展的方向。
This paper makes a preliminary exploration on theoretical connotation of information systems attachment, andconceptually differentiates the three constructs(i.e.satisfaction,loyalty and attachment)by articulating their distinct proper-ties.Based on the conceptual differences identified,the effects mechanism among them and the effects of which on continu-ous usage, word-of-mouth, community involvement are empirical tested. Finally, the limitations of the study and future re-search directions are proposed.
