英文摘要：

Nilpotent matrix is a special matrix in theory of matrices. It has good properties and many applications. The value range of rank of k-nilpotent matrix was proven and two methods are given. When k/ n, the maximum rank of k -nilpotent matrix has only Jordan＇s normal form.
