针对道岔尖轨跟端结构型式选型的问题,建立无砟轨道18号无缝道岔纵横向空间耦合有限元计算模型,计算不同尖轨跟端结构型式下的道岔尖轨横向变形、主要力学特性和道岔的可铺设轨温范围.研究表明:最大轨温差在80℃以下的地区,尖轨跟端可不设传力结构;最大轨温差在80~90℃之间的地区,尖轨跟端可设置2组不等间隙限位器,限位值依次为10.0mm和9.5mm;最大轨温差在90—100℃之间的地区,尖轨跟端可设置2组不等间隙限位器,限位值依次为9.0mm和8.5mm.
For the model selection of switch rail model of No. 18 ballastless jointless switch is heel-end, a longitudinal and lateral coupling calculation established to compute the transverse deformation of switch rail, the main mechanical characteristics and the range of rail laying temperature. Based on the results of research, structure for passing force is not advised where the difference in temperature of rail is under 80 ℃ ; two retainers whose gap widths are 10.0 mm and 9.5 mm are advised where the difference in temperature of rail is between 80℃ and 90℃ ; two retainers whose gap widths are 9.0 mm and 8.5 mm are advised where the difference in temperature of rail is between 90℃ and 100 %.
