旅游资源评价是旅游业发展的基础，是旅游开发过程中不可或缺的环节．文章从旅游资源的资源价值、景区环境、公共管理三个方面出发，采用层次分析法（AHP）对大寨的旅游资源进行了定量评价．结果表明，大寨旅游资源的文化价值所占权重最大，生态环境、观赏价值次之，管理水平、人员素质较小．根据评价结果，提出了大寨旅游资源可持续发展的调控对策，以期为决策者提供科学建议．

英文摘要：

Assessment of tourism resource is the foundation for the development of itself, an indispensable link in the process. In this paper, analytic hierarchy process （AHP） was used to study the quantitative assessment of tourism resource from resource value, scenic environment as well as the public management in DaZhai. The results showed that the culture of tourism resource takes the most important role in all the factors. The environment and the view take the second and the third role individually. Management and service take less important role. Based on the assessment, some countermeasures for sustainable development were presented and scientific advice was provided to the policy-maker.
