Firstly, the implementation way of multi-scale representation of linear feature is determined. Secondly, based on the procedure of multi-scale representation of linear feature, the source of uncertainty is analyzed, and the error spreading law of multi-scale representation of linear feature is established with error spreading law. Finally, the change rule of the uncertainty in the upscaling of linear feather is obtained by experiment. This paper provides the theory basis of quality evaluation of multi-scale representation of linear feature.
