汽车磁流变阻尼器动态响应测试方法

汽车磁流阻尼器动态响应时间直接决定着磁流变阻尼器的控制周期、应用范围和使用效果,测试其响应瞬态过程具有重要的学术意义和应用价值.根据平板模型瞬态流动理论分析结果和阻尼器实际运行条件,提出了利用MTS试验台提供三角波激励,加速度信号转换电平触发,高速信号记录仪采集阻尼力信号的测试方法,搭建了完整的测试系统,完成了不同激振速度和励磁电流下的测试.测试结果表明阻尼器几何尺寸确定后,响应时间不受施加电流的影响,只是活塞速度的函数,这与理论分析结果相吻合.

The dynamic response is one of the critical factors that determine directly the applications range of MR dampers and the controlling period and the practical performance of control systems, so it has important significance in science and engineering to test its response processes. According to the analytic results of instantaneous flowing theory based the parallel flats and the practical operation conditions, a series of test methods are proposed. A MTS system generates a triangle-wave-displacement as actuator signal. The acceleration signal of actuator could be transformed into passive pulse which is used to trigger a signal generator. All of signals of MR dampers are recorded by a high-speed data acquisition system. An integrated test system has been founded and the experiments in different velocities and excitation currents have been carried out. Test results indicates that response time which is independent of applied current can be considered as a function of piton velocity while the structural parameter of damper is chosen.
