在推导考虑侧倾影响的整车动力学模型的基础上,将汽车行进中可能出现的运动姿态划分为8种,对每种运动姿态采用不同的控制策略,设计了分姿态协调控制的仿人智能控制器.进而通过道路试验来考查其性能,与原车相比较,磁流变半主动汽车的车身垂直振动得到了降低,侧倾和俯仰运动得到了抑制,提高了车辆运行的平顺性能.
Full car model considering the influence of roll motion is established. Then eight motion attitudes of vehicle on the road are identified. A corresponding control modal is adopted to each motion attitude, and human simulated intelligent control (HSIC) is designed. To verify the control strategy, road test is carried out. The semi-active vehicle with magneto-rheological (MR) dampers can restrain the vertical vibration, roll motion and pitch motion, and achieve better ride comfort compared with passive vehicle.
