目的对小儿洗手液的抑菌效果和刺激性进行初步研究。方法采用牛津杯法考察艾叶、丁香、土茯苓、地肤子的抑菌活性。再按艾叶:丁香:土茯苓:地肤子比例为1∶1∶1∶1、2∶2∶1.5∶1、6∶5∶2∶2的比例,比较抑菌效果。取小鼠,按同体左右侧自身对比法,采用单次、多次给药皮肤刺激性试验。结果艾叶、丁香、土茯苓、地肤子对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌均有不同程度的抑制作用。当艾叶、丁香、土茯苓、地肤子的配比为2∶2∶1.5∶1时,抑菌效果最佳。小鼠皮肤均未出现红斑,红肿等异常。结论小儿洗手液中四种药配比为2∶2∶1.5∶1时,抑菌效果最佳且对皮肤没有刺激性。
Objective: To observe the bacteriostatic effect and the thrill of the kids' hand washing. When the matching of the folium artemisiae argyi, clove, rhizoma smilacis gla- brae and fructus kochiae was 2: 2: 1.5:1 ,it was best to bacteriostat. The skin of these male mice no red spot and swollen. Conclusion: When the matching of these was 2:2: 1.5: 1, it was best to bacteriostat and no irritation to the skin.
