以柠檬醛和乙二醇为原料,用氨基磺酸作催化剂,合成柠檬醛缩乙二缩醛。考察醛与醇的摩尔比、催化剂的用量、反应时间、带水剂的用量等因素对反应的影响,得到合成柠檬醛乙二缩醛的最佳合成条件。在柠檬醛用量为0.1 mol,且n柠檬醛∶n乙二醇=1∶1.2,催化剂的用量占反应物料总质量的1.0%,反应时间为120 m in,带水剂的用量为10 mL的条件下,缩醛的收率达89.24%。
Citral glycol acetal was synthesized from citral and glycol with sulfamic acid as catalyst. The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the best reaction conditions were found, namely, citral 0.1 mol, molar ratio of citral/glycol 1.0/1.2, the amount of catalyst 1.0% in proportion to the total reacting materials, reaction time 120 min,benzene as water stripping agent, the amount of benzene 10 mL. Under the above conditions, its yield reached 89.24 %.
