Based on the sample of 476 college students, the self-esteem, interpersonal trust and life sat- isfaction were measured by scales to explore the level of them and the relationship among them. The re- sults indicated that：（1） College students had lower interpersonal trust level, and the level of interpersonal trust of female was higher than that of male;（2） The students from urban were higher than the students from rural on the aspect of self-esteem;（3） Those came from urban had higher life satisfaction than those came from rural;（4） The self-esteem, interpersonal trust had significant positive correlation with life sat- isfaction;（5） The influence of the self-esteem on life satisfaction was mediated by the interpersonal trust.
