战略性新兴产业共性技术测度指标实证研究,对我国战略性新兴产业发展过程中的共性技术选择与管理具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文选取太阳能技术为实例,利用《德温特创新索引》2010年的21399条专利文献数据为样本,基于技术共现率与技术共现强度的分析方法与指标,进行了战略性新兴产业共性技术测度指标的实证研究。分析结果显示,两种方法与指标测度的结果相互印证了在共性技术测度过程中,技术共现率指标与技术共现强度指标都具有比较强的科学性和客观性。技术共现率分析方法与指标测度的共性技术结果更严格些;技术共现强度的Jaccard系数分析方法与指标测度的共性技术结果更趋向于合理与精确。
Emperical study on the measuring indicators of generic technology of emerging industries of strategic importance will be of great significant to select and manage generic technology. Choosing solar energy field as the case, retrieving 21399 patent data as the sample in Derwent Innovations Index in 2010, the paper takes some emperical study on measuring indicators of generic technology of e- merging industries of strategic importance. The results show that both of the two indicators have scientificalness and objectivity. The indi- cator of technology co-occurrence ration is more strict, whereas the indicator of technology co-occurrence strength is tend to be more reasonable and accurate.
