The complete space-like submanifolds with parallel normalized mean curvature vector and constant normalized scalar curvature in a de Sitter spaces Sn＋pp（c） are studied,and some suffcient conditions for submanifolds to be umbilical ones are obtained under the proper restrictions on the mean curvature or the sectional curvatures.
