吸热器的安全高效运行在太阳能热发电系统中起到了至关重要的作用。吸热管中熔盐出口最高温度和平均温度为太阳能热发电系统中吸热器的设计、材料的选择和运行控制提供了重要的科学依据。文章提出了基于最小二乘支持向量机(Least squares support vector machines,LSSVM)的快速预测方法,预测不同工况下吸热管中熔盐出口最高温度和平均温度。为了提高预测精度,利用猫群优化(Cat Swarm Optimization,CSO)算法求解LSSVM方法中的超参数。数值计算结果证实了LSSVM方法是可行的,从而为研究塔式太阳能吸热器的热特性以及运行控制提供一种新的有效方法。
The safe and efficient operation of the receiver plays a vital role in the solar thermal power generation system. The highest temperature and mean temperature of the molten salt at the outlet of the collector tube provide an important reference for the design, material selection and operational control of the receiver in the solar thermal power plant. A least squares support vector machines (LSSVM) based method is proposed to fast predict the highest temperature and mean temperature of the molten salt at the outlet of the collector tube under different working conditions. In order to improve the prediction accuracy, the hyper-parameters of the LSSVM method are solved by the cat swarm optimization (CSO) algorithm. Numerical simulation results indicate that the LSSVM method is feasible, which provides a new and effective method for investigating the thermal performances and operational control of the receiver in the solar power tower plant.
