以尿素、硼酸以及硝酸盐溶液为基质,掺杂少量的稀土氧化物,在600℃的中温电阻炉中燃烧合成了铝酸盐绿色长余辉发光材料。通过将长余辉材料粉末混合在聚苯乙烯熔融体中,成功制备了可卷曲的绿色长余辉复合薄膜样品,采用扫描电镜和荧光光谱仪对薄膜样品进行了测试分析。研究结果表明,该薄膜可以作为可卷曲的发绿光的信息显示屏使用。
Using urea,boric acid,and nitrates as the matrix and mixing a small amount of rare earth oxide,green long afterglow luminescent materials were synthesized at 600 ℃ by combustion method in high temperature resistance furnace.Furthermore,by incorporating the obtained phosphorous aluminates into organic host polystyrene,the flexible green-light-emitting long afterglow composite films was prepared.The composite films were characte-rized with the scanning electron microscopy and the fluorescence spectrum,respectively.The results show that the organic-inorganic composite films can be used as green-light-emitting rollable screens in the industry of information displays.
