通过自由基聚合制备了聚丙烯酸(PAA)水凝胶.在水凝胶体系中掺入氧化石墨烯(GO),改善其机械强度.用往复摩擦试验机,在面-面接触的条件下考察了在不同载荷、速度、接触面积下,摩擦力和摩擦系数变化.实验结果表明,PAA水凝胶摩擦行为不遵从传统的固体摩擦定律(Amonton's law).通过与铜(Ⅱ)离子络合和去络合作用可实现摩擦系数从极低到较高的可逆调节.
The poly (acrylic acid) (PAA) hydrogel was prepared through free radical polymerization. Graphene oxide (GO) sheets were added into the hydrogel system to enhaqce the mechanical strength. The tribologieal properties of polyacrylic aeid-graphene oxide composite hydrogel were studied by a friction tester. Under the face-to-face sliding contact condition, the different test influencing factors including load, velocity, and contact area were investigated systematically. The experimental results proved that the tribological behavior of the composite hydrogel did not comply with Amonton' s law, the classic law of friction of solid sliding pairs. The frictional coefficients of the composite hydrogel were switched between very low and high value by the emnplexation and decomplexation with the Cu(II).
