英文摘要：

In bornological linear spaces, drop theorem is established and Mackey drop property is introduced. And we give the streaming sequence characterizations of the Mackey drop property. We also investigate the relationship between the Mackey drop property and the problem concerning some class of functions attaining the extreme values.
