According to the philosophy of system theory, some key problems in project management oriented to multi product collaborative development were analyzed, particularly the relationships among Product Development （PD） project information. Firstly, the PD project information framework based on management control points was constructed. Then, considering the information and resource dependence among multi-project, objective-oriented multiproject collaborative scheduling was proposed. In addition, from the project executors＇ view, the tasks sorting mechanism based on scheduling pressure was presented, and the project execution environment oriented to collabora tive development for multi project was constructed. The advantage of these methods was that the relationships a mong entire information could be managed flexibly and the integrity of project planning and execution could be obtained.
